August Electronics is a leading electronics manufacturing service (EMS) provider with headquarters in Calgary. The build out of the company’s modern facility was completed by Engelhart Reed and provides August Electronics with the capabilities to perform planning, testing and final assembly for both local and international OEM’s.

Overview

A brief overview of the work completed in the space:

• Combine 2 existing facilities into one
• Complete re-design and build out of office and warehouse
• Warehouse floor prep and application, approx 20,000 sq ft of Electrostatic-Dissipative Epoxy floor coating
• Air lines – main runs at roof deck with 1″ black steel pipe with rubber hose
• Custom pack poles to accommodate airline drops to equipment
• Warehouse ventilation to accommodate general use
• Removal of warehouse lighting and replacement with T5H0 light fixtures
• Specific electrical, air, exhaust connections to tenants production equipment
• Coordination with furniture supplier
• Integrate furniture wall system into conventional construction systems
