Brewers Distributor Limited (BDL Ltd.) is a Canadian owned and operated major beer distributor. The buildout of the companies head office and distribution center was completed by Engelhart Reed in May of 2016 in the WAM Stoney Industrial Centre.

·         Build of Interior office and warehouse to accommodate BDL’s requirements

·         Application of chemical resistant epoxy flooring in warehouse at the main battery charger station

·         Install tenant supplied A-Safe Bollards/Rail system

·         Coordination with tenants IT and security contractors

·         Worked with consultants to create cost saving solutions to accommodate the clients budget

·         Warehouse ventilation system of 7,500 CFM MUA to accommodate operations and multiple battery charging areas
