Madero is one of Western Canada’s premier door supplier and fabricator. They have offices in Saskatoon, Winnipeg and in April of 2016, have expanded their operations to Calgary.
Overview
A brief overview of the work completed in the space:
- Complete design build of interior office and warehouse to accommodate Madero Doors and Hardware’s showroom & facility requirements
- 1,800 sq ft of marble tile install including 300 sq ft in showroom washrooms, and floor to ceiling tile feature wall
- Polished concrete flooring throughout entire office space and showroom
- Full height office/warehouse demising wall – one hour fire rated
- T5HO Warehouse lighting and life safety design to suit clients racking requirements
- Warehouse ventilation system to accommodate operations: 6 x Rooftop Units totaling 31 Cooling Tons
