Overview

A brief overview of the work completed in the space:

• Specialized cooler ripening facility with interior verticle dock levelers and warehouse ventilation
• Interior dock areas to load product in temperature controlled environment
• Removed existing slab on grade and re-poured a lowered dock area
• Electrical, HVAC, plumbing connections to ripening and cooler rooms
