Cara joined the Engelhart Reed team in August 2018 as our Safety and Process Manager bringing over 10 years experience in the construction industry. Cara’s experience across Health & Safety, Administration and Project Management.

Cara is a graduate of University of New Brunswick’s Occupational Health and Safety program. She holds her National Construction Safety Officer Certification (NSCO) and her OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor. She also holds a Project Management certificate and is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). Cara sits on the Calgary Construction Association’s Women in Construction Committee. She is also a member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE), Project Management Institute (PMI), Young Women in Energy (YME) and Calgary Women in Construction (CWC).
