Overview

A brief overview of the work completed in the space:

• Demolition of existing office and warehouse. Complete re-design and build-out of office and warehouse to accommodate August Electronics specific requirements
• Warehouse floor preparation and application of approx. 20,000 sq ft  of Electrostatic-Dissipative Epoxy Floor coating
• Air Lines – Main runs at roof deck with 1” black steel pipe with rubber hose drops to predetermined workstations
• Custom pack poles systems to accommodate airline drops
• Warehouse ventilation to accommodate general use operations – 4,000 CFM
• Removal of warehouse lighting and replacement of T5HO light fixtures
• Installation of Dura-Ramp portable exterior building loading dock and handrails – approximately 30,000 lbs. capacity
