Fifth and Third is an 18 story commercial office building and is located in the center of the downtown core in Calgary. It was built in 1978 and is home to many of Calgary’s Oil & Energy and Financial Institutions.
Overview
A brief overview of the work completed in the space:
- Demolition of existing main lobby and custom design and build out of lobby, and reception area to Morguard’s specifications
- Completed extensive stone and glazing work
- The lobby and building remained active and open to the public during construction. Engelhart Reed staff maintained a clean & safe construction site for occupied tenants and guests.
